Hot Food Vending
Bon Appetit’s Hot Food Vending Service is very flexible in terms of the equipment & food service that can be provided to meet your needs. Our two main options are:
Fully Managed Service Option
This option involves installing:
Frozen Food Vending Machine
Commercial Microwave
Microwave Cabinet
The service comes with one site visit a week to replenish stock, clean the equipment and remove cash. This set up should accommodate up to 100 vends per week per machine. If vends per week are likely to be in excess of 100 then additional site visits can be arranged or extra vending equipment ordered.
Self Managed Service Option
This option involves installing:
Frozen Food Vending Machine
Commercial Microwave
Microwave Cabinet
Storage Chest Freezer
You, or your agent, would be responsible for replenishing the vending machine with stock from the storage freezer, handling the takings from the machine and accounting for Vat. Stock is delivered to site based on a minimum delivery of 100 units or £250 value of food products. The number of vends per week that this set up can accommodate is only limited by your ability to replenish the machine by the availability of staff and stock held in store.
Both packages are available on either a cash purchase basis or on 3 or 5 year lease rental terms.
Cost Recovery
Both options come with a discount on all food sales, which can substantially reduce or eliminate the costs of the service. Contact us for details
Maintenance
Both options include full maintenance cover, Monday to Friday. Seven day cover is available at an additional weekly charge.

How Does It Work?
It’s simplicity itself –
just follow these steps:
1. The food items to choose from are displayed in the glass fronted vending machine. Although it looks like a conventional vending machine it is in fact a freezer, operating at -18C behind the glass.
2. Simply select & pay for the item you want. The product is then dispensed into a hopper at the base of the machine.
3. Read the packaging & follow the simple instructions. Place the product in the commercial microwave provided. Press the appropriate button on the microwave (e.g. Press 2), and your product will be cooked to the required temperature (e.g. Press 2 = 60 seconds).
4. You then remove the product and it is ready to enjoy.
Simply heat & eat with bon appetit!
