Bon Appetit CEO presents at KTP Associates Conference

Bon Appetit CEO Keith Pordum gave a 45 minute keynote speech on the benefits of engagement between university and business through Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) at University of Brighton.

Bon Appetit is engaged in a KTP project involving the introduction of a marketing capability within the organisation in order to consolidate its presence in the market and strategically expand into new retail areas.

The two-third government funded partnership allows Bon Appetit to benefit from a highly qualified graduate working as part of the company for up to two years. Furthermore, the support of a team of experts – including professors, senior lecturers and researchers - brings technical expertise, research and innovation to the company.
