Vending Machines
The basic set up of equipment supplied for the Bon Appetit’s Hot Food Vending Service consists of:
o Frozen Food Vending Machine
o Commercial Microwave
o Microwave Cabinet
o Storage Chest Freezer (self managed service only)
This set up of equipment is adequate for:
o 100 vends per week for the fully managed service
o 400 vends per week for the self managed service (this service has a storage freezer which contains the reserve of stock for replenishing the vending machine)
The equipment supplied can be configured to suit your site requirements, so if you need more vending machines, commercial microwaves or cabinets just let us know and we can price the service accordingly.
We can also provide housing units for all of our equipment to give the service a very clean professional image. This can be tailored to fit in with your existing company branding and can also be made to measure to incorporate any existing or other new vending equipment. Standard Equipment Setup
Some of the issues that may concern you, and how they can be solved, include:
Speed of Service -
If speed of service at busy times is an issue this can be solved by ordering
extra microwaves to cope with the demand. Most of our clients take two
microwaves with the service. The microwave cabinet can accommodate two microwaves.
Offering the full menu –
The vending machine can display about 15 different products. If you want to
offer staff the full menu range this can be accommodated by adding a second
display cabinet to the vending machine. So you can offer twice the range of food
but not at twice the cost.
Dimensions
The standard equipment set up takes up a minimal amount of floor space, with a footprint of only 2m x 1m
